The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, cookware, basic serving and baking supplies, and a dedicated coffee bar. We provide K-Cups, tea, sugar, sweeteners, flavored syrups, and non-dairy creamer to help make mornings on the balcony even better.

For effortless beach days, we provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Leave extra gear at home and enjoy more time on the beautiful white-sand beach directly in front of the property.

Indian Shores offers the relaxed charm of a classic Florida beach town, with great dining and local favorites nearby. Salt Rock Grill and Indian Shores Coffee are conveniently located across the street. The Suncoast Beach Trolley provides an easy way to explore nearby Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast attractions without needing to drive everywhere.

**Helpful Details**

The building has coin-operated laundry available on each floor. We provide detergent for two loads; guests will need quarters to operate the machines.

Fresh bed and bath linens are provided before arrival. The condo is self-catering and includes starter supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags, two dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hairdryers, and basic cleaning equipment.

Housekeeping service is not provided during the stay.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Pets are not permitted. Unapproved pets may result in eviction and forfeiture of payments.

**Building Update**

The condo itself was not damaged by recent hurricanes and is safe, comfortable, and welcoming guests. The ground-floor garage and office areas have been demolished and are awaiting permitting for repairs, so these spaces may appear unfinished. This does not affect the condo, beach access, or your enjoyment of the property. The beach is open and beautiful, and most local restaurants and shops are operating.
