The apartment is spacious, with a really nice living/sitting area with a desk, which is great for writing or working. The location is excellent, within walking distance of some cool shops and restaurants, and a short drive from Berkeley. Parking was always available within a few blocks and plentiful during the day. The apartment is on the first floor (with a few stairs) and access is easy.
It could use a refresh. Some appliances weren’t working properly, a picture kept falling off the wall, and everything could use a deep clean. Also, not a huge deal, but the building has minimal sound proofing, so people sensitive to noise should probably pack ear plugs.

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefúhlt.
Recht nah an der Bart -Station MacArthur,so dass wir auch ohne Auto problemlos nach San Francisco kamen.
Der Vermieteri der Wohnung war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit ,kam auch persönlich vorbei um zu helfen.
Noch besser wäre es mit einer Möglichkeit draußen sitzen zu können gewesen.

Very comfortable, well-located, safe, diverse neighborhood just 15 minutes from SF by BART, 10 minutes or less to Berkeley/Rockridge. Lots of light. Responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely go back.
A couple of things weren't working properly, like the microwave door, and one of the paintings wasn't properly afffixed to the wall. An extra reading lamp in the living room would have been nice. But those are small quibbles. It was an excellent place.

К сожалению по соседству живет пожилой человек, видимо это его квартира, мягко говоря живет не лучшим образом, если корректно то запах в прихожей стоял настолько неприятный что доходил до квартиры, ибо нижняя щель очень больная и пропускала этот запах. Ночью сработала сигнализация разбудив меня и моих друзей, она срабатывает когда дым или когда садится батарейка. Дыма точно не было, значит села батарейка, мне пришлось снять с потолка, что бы продолжить нормально спать, а после 12 часовой дороги из Финикса это не очень приятно. Поцарапали машину когда парковались, из-за веток и кустов узкий проезд
