Your Lakeland adventure begins at this 2-bedroom mobile home. Step inside and you'll find a lovely space with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed in the bedrooms. The Living Room & Sun Room offers an additional Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed, providing ample space for all guests. With WiFi, AC, and heating, your stay will be enjoyable and comfortable. The property also includes amenities like, Dishware, Cooking Utensils and a hair dryer, washing machine, dryer and iron. The 2 bathrooms feature Tub/Showers and Linens, Beddings. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our Cozy Bungalow home. This is a Relaxed, laid back "Must Be 55+ AND OVER" ONLY No Exceptions Community. Senior Living at it's Finest. It's located on the back corner of the park and has very little traffic. Rt4 exit is at the entrance. easy access to main roadways. A gated community.The property is very nice and kept. Neighborhood is clean.
