The resort and all its facilities and staff were amazing. Comfortable room with more than enough options for food to choose from. They accommodated special request and all staff was friendly. As a stat I can't point to anything wrong but one experience did make it bad which I need to highlight.
Beach was a bit of disappointment as it was very shallow that kids even didn't enjoy
Food options were scattered across restaurants, there was no themed food for each restaurant even though it says means you have to go around each to check
The worst experience was I was charged extra £200. I had no option at that time with family otherwise I would have refused.. I asked for extra bed at the time of booking and they confirmed. In all my travelling life when they have confirmed, its fine or hotels state yes they can but there is extra charge. These guys never stated extra charge and on arrival Mahmoud Fattouh said we confirmed extra bed but not thr charge. They knew what is family going to do now, they are trapped. I had booked another hotel and they clearly stated there will be extra charge or to book another room type. This really put me off to start my stay with them.

Excellent resort, excellent rooms, clean, service is excellent excellent, food was excellent shore was excellent end of the jetty
Thanks to all managers Mr Nabil Mr Mahmoud, Mr Ehab
I don’t forget Me Mohamad Abu Eldahab the life guard on the jetty , he was supportive and friendly.
Granary needs to be more and trees need to be injected within the wide area of the tiles.
Landscape needs to be modern conceptually.

The location was good. The Egyptian style desserts were great. The staff was kind, but they sent tons of messages via whatsapp.
The food was not the best... not a 5 star quality. The international desserts were awful. The whole place is huge. There are some shops with fake watches and clothes which is a little bit awkward also.
