The view from the patio to the ocean was mostly blocked by weeds in the dunes. If that were trimmed it would have been better. I loved sitting on the patio having my morning voffrr.

No breakfast…we used the kitchen. Two large t.v.s with large one in bedroom. Kitchen was great to use. Furnished nicely. Large living room.

Being closer to boardwalk and beach. We are in our 70’s and walking clear to beach pushed us. We had a great furnished condo, but on ground level, couldn’t see ocean very well.

Wonderful location and views. Cozy apartment, could use a bit of renovation and some new textiles. A new bed at some point would be a good investment for the apartment.
