Everything about the property and hospitality was excellent. The rooms were spotless and comfortable including the extra bed. The highlights were the exceptional staff and the crystal-clear swimming pool, which was thoroughly cleaned for us. It sits about 15 km (a 30-minute drive) outside main Munnar, offering a peaceful atmosphere along with plenty of parking.
The restaurant menu was slightly limited when we arrived around 3:00 PM, though that was understandable given the hour. Additionally, the final 100-meter approach to the hotel features a steep incline, so it requires careful driving.

We had a great time at Velvet Revive.Worth the value.The staff were extremely good,helpful and polite.The rooms and surroundings were super clean,tidy,ambient,classy and we were really impressed.Would suggest this to everyone.
Steep way,small cars will struggle a bit.

The room was new, clean, and neat. Staff, reception, and room service were all excellent, and the food was good too. The location is very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature.
The hotel is very far from the city, and the approach road is extremely narrow, steep, and dangerous—drive carefully and arrive. Mobile network is a major issue; only Jio and BSNL work here (no signal for other providers). The hotel WiFi is very slow and disconnects constantly, so don't rely on it.
