This place is exceptional, with a mind-blowing scenic valley view from the full Glass window. The service manager is amazing, and the hotel staff is very courteous.
Might be they can add online food menu, but it's not a concern at all.

The View was good and justifies the cost for the rooms. the staff are very polite and attends for call quick. Breakfast was decent . Though the location and view is good its bit far from main Munnar town which increases travel by 20-30 mins to reach the tourist spots.

Room was good
I had requested for an extra bed while booking for 5 people we were provided bed for only 4 and 1 guy had to sleep on floor mattress. I was not informed that the extra bed was not arranged and was given to others who checked in before us. Should maintain a standard where the requested beds should be provided based on the booking not by who checks in first. Other than this everything else was good.
