The location was awesome and has some amazing views. Food was tasty. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Good location with balcony and beautiful view from our room. There is a fruit market round the corner which we enjoyed. Close to the bus station if you want to take bus to Munnar or other towns. There are many good attractions that we could go to from our hotel.
From the beginning since we came in the hotel and until we left we felt us very welcomed and relaxed.
The staff are genuinely nice and helpful. Ananth who owns the place gave us very good advice on how to go hiking, how to take the bus and helped us as well book a day trip for sightseeing. Ananth was all the time very helpful and a person we could trust, as he placed our welfare as priority, which felt great.
The stay was comfortable and good and we ended up extending our stay beyond what was planned.
We enjoyed every morning a freshly prepared breakfast at our room and the staff were happy to consider our food preferences.
All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely stay there at our next trip.
