The property exceeded the expectations, especially when we were sick most days (we arrived with sickness actually). All staff members were very kind to accommodate our requests and extended all the help possible. The location is slightly away from center, but you get very good connectivity along with a peaceful, clean and green environment, and the hotel can make arrangements for you to move around.
We thank the kindness of the whole team and we feel really grateful.

Its wonderful to stay here and the hospitality is really good. Staffs are friendly and multilingual, Location and pool side is realy well maintained and my kids have enjoyed a lot.
The size of the room and the bed size.. since im 6.3Ft , that's the only inconvenience have faced

There was a constant unpleasant ODOR coming from outside, along with some smoke, so we had to close the windows and turn on the air conditioning. We had to ask the receptionist for assistance with that. The food was average overall, though the evening snacks and tea were quite good. The cleanliness of the wash area needs improvement, and the dining space feels a bit awkward — it doesn’t give a resort-like vibe. Some light background music could have created a better atmosphere. As for breakfast, it was limited to some bread, puri masala, and pineapple juice. Tea was provided only upon request; the service could be a bit more attentive.
