The location was perfect. The area is magical and Jim was a fabulous host- the amenities were all there, couldn’t have asked for anything more. The flat has lots of room to just relax. We would definitely come back.

Immaculately clean and wonderfully located to explore south Devon. Super comfortable bed and with all the modern necessary amenities for a truly relaxed stay. Was also lovely to be greeted by the host who was a true Gent :)

Nothing to dislike about the property at all…..However, it would have been the cherry on the cake to have have had a small bottle of milk for a cuppa on arrival after what was a long drive in :)

No Key safe code was provided by Booking.com so it was fortunate that the host was available to hand over the keys

Everything was brilliant. The only issue was we couldn't work out how to use the heated towel rail nor find any instructions but we managed without.

The best property we have stayed at in the uk and host is attentive. Harberton Ford is a friendly village and excellently positioned for exploring the area.
