Location was quiet and had good off road parking. The rooms were well furnished and we all had comfy beds and a good night's sleep. The bathroom and additional toilet were great for 4 guests, providing clean facilities and a powerful shower. Great to travel to Totnes and Dartmouth easily.
It was all pretty good. Only very minor issues. Couldn't find a spare bin bag for the smaller bins, so couldn't re-charge after emptying our rubbish. Some of the mugs were a little chipped, but we were able to find enough "good ones" to make the first cup of tea. Personally, I'd prefer a pint of milk in the fridge rather than UHT milk sachets, but this is a very minor issue and I realise this will impact costs. Overall, we would definitely stay here if in the area again and recommend to friends.

We liked the cleanliness, comfort, facilities, space and pleasant village outlook and setting. Friendly hosts just nearby in case (unlikely) you would need anything more!
Missed having 100% cotton bed sheets. Our only criticism.

I had some difficulty finding the property on first arrival but when I phoned Jim he came out and showed me the entrance and where to park.
Can't think of anything!
