Die Aussicht ist wunderbar und die Gegend ist ruhig. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Stadt und bei einem Einkaufsladen. Das Servicepersonal war bei Fragen schnell erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider gab es nur ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, das andere "Doppeltbett" war ein Einzelbett, dass wir zuerst zu einem Doppelbett ausschieben mussten, obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht hatten. Zudem springt die Abwasserpumpe im kleinen Badezimmer jedes Mal an, sobald jemand die Toilette spült oder Wasser laufen lässt. Die Pumpe ist dabei sehr laut, was insbesondere nachts äußerst störend und ungünstig ist.

Nice view and close location to Cernobbio
It was showing 2 bathrooms, but one of them had only a sink and toilet, and the other had the shower facility, so the shower needed sharing

The check-in manners (just horrible! Check-in online), the cleanliness of the terrace and the way we were pushed out of the flat 10 minutes after the theoretical checkout time… we did not appreciate that at all!
