Quiet and Comfortable
It was hot in the living room and kitchen area even with fans provided

Restaurant on the property for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location was perfect for the purpose of my trip to the Rose Hall area. Pool available for use and beach.
Internet was mostly out right through my visit which may have been the service provider. Property grounds needs work and updating which the host told me prior to my visit.

Ocean

The view of the ocean from the balcony was nice and the interior decor was lovely- once inside the apt you will be comfortable.
1. The shower in the bathroom has a tendency to wet up the ground- straight out in to the living room- based on how it’s constructed, so be mindful so as to not soak the apt when showering.
2. There were no toiletries available - hand soap or bath soap to be specific, we brought our own though, so that didn’t bother us very much.
3. The outside grounds were quite dilapidated in most areas as if the property is not being maintained, which is sad as the location and inside of the apartment is beautiful. The pool however, was very big, and super clean- really inviting, but the pathway to the beach was questionable so we didn’t end up venturing down to it as it was unclean. The pool deck coverings / shaded areas and the bar area was very much in need of a facelift and Rennovations. The potential is endless if these issues were to be addressed.
4. The standing fan was quite dirty- so we didn’t end up using it at all.
