Spacious, and all requirements provided
Frustrating as the original property we booked was right next to the train station which we needed but unfortunately some guests before us ruined the property meaning we couldn’t stay. However an alternative was sourced without question. Some people are awful - why would you treat someone else’s property in that manner

Everything was lovely
The water didn’t have a cold setting so it was either hot or very very hot which meant we couldn’t shower properly.
The spiral staircase was very wobbly and by the looks of it, it was supported by cable ties
The kitchen was nice but some things need repairing, such as the fridge door as it is falling off

Close to Gunwharf and Historic Dockyard (5 mons walk to either) and 15 minute walk to town centre. Really good sized 3 bedroom house with garden. Well decorated and clean.
Not the nicest immediate area but lovely within a few minutes walk

The location is perfect for exploring Portsmouth. Just a few minutes walk to Gunwharf Quays and The Historic Dockyard.
The property is in a very quiet area with a lovely garden for summer evenings.
The host was very quick to respond to our queries.
Cleanliness. The shower didn't drain as the waste trap was so dirty.
Cupboard door hanging off kitchen cupboard.
Light hanging from ceiling.
Spiral stairs felt very unsafe.
