we didn't know until we got there it was a private property separate from the hotel
we couldn't just call down to the front desk, no phone
bedroom tv didn't work

Ubicación y piscina
Al alquilar a alguien particular las respuestas no son inmediatas, cuando hay que resolver por ejemplo una perdida de agua. El edificio primero tiene que comunicarse con las oficinas encargadas del mantenimiento del Depto y ellos tienen que mandar a alguien, nos hicieron perder tiempo a nuestra llegada y el baño principal no se podía usar
El teléfono no funcionaba entonces para hablar con el lobby había que bajar , para pedir el carro lo mismo y en mi estadía nunca lo arreglaron

Las instalaciones espectaculares
La cocina está muy poco equipada, faltan repasadores, licuadora y recipientes para poder cocinar en el horno
