Прекрасное место, аутентичный итальянский дом на берегу озера Комо. Рассвет с пением петухов.
Если хотите пожить не туристической жизнью-вам сюда. Купались на местном маленьком пляже, выходя прямо в купальниках из дома. Пляж оборудован душем с горячей водой, деревянным настилом, где можно разместить свой шезлонг и зеленой лужайкой. Рядом чистый общественный туалет возле парковки машин. Свой причал для рейсовых теплоходов, но расписание очень странное, ходят редко. Берите с собой тапочки для купания-пляж и вход каменистый. Ресторан находится в соседнем доме, но работает по определенным часам,необходимо подстраиваться. Магазин тоже работает с перерывом с 12-00 до 15-30. Сиеста.
Шумно от дороги , спать можно только при полностью закрытых окнах. Кондиционера в доме нет, поэтому в жаркие ночи выбираешь свежий воздух или шум. Берите беруши. Есть комары, пользовались ловушкой, предоставленной хозяевами, но она одна, а комнат 3. Хозяева нам не сообщили , что в подсобном помещении, где находятся стиральная машина имеется еще один туалет. Это очень нам помогло бы, так как подниматься по крутой лестнице на второй этаж не удобно.

Location.
The host is super nice and communicative, responding quickly to all questions and concerns.
Kitchen is well equipped, there is a storage room where you find all the essentials (except shampoo and shower gel).
Late check in was possible due to numeric pad access.
Host was flexible and visited us in agreed times.
No basic amenities, like shampoo or shower gel.
No AC. There were multiple fans though and they were working silently, so you can sleep with them being on.
Mosquitos. A lot of them. There is a spray provided in the storage room but would recommend to have either a net installed or plug in mosquito repellent before guest are arriving. We are covered in bites.
Checkout feels a bit odd due to deposit handling in cash so I would advise to have it arranged via credit card deposit and not in cash.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het huis is lekker schoon. Daarnaast is het huis centraal gelegen. De supermarkt, het strand, restaurant, veerboot, alles is op loopafstand. Wij konden de auto laten staan. Simone en Laura zijn zeer behulpzaam! Wij hebben genoten.
Een buitenzitje is een leuke toevoeging voor de tuin.

Maison typique au calme très bien située, près du lac entièrement équipée et très propre.
Proche de toutes les commodités
Tout se fait à pieds, visites, balades, embarcadères, commerces, restaurants .
Endroit exceptionnel avec un bel accueil d'Anna.
Tout était parfait.
