The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, but still a bit away from all the noise and music from the other hotels by the beach, which makes it super nice when you want to enjoy peace and quiet. All the apartments have a balcony and, as the hotel is a little bit uphill, we had a beautiful view from the sea and and nice afternoon breeze. I just loved having a place to hang the wet beach clothing outside to have it dry. I was a great idea! Staff is really friendly and helpful for all our needs. Rooms are of a good size with a comfortable bed. Hotel seems to be a fairly new constructions. Air conditioning works very well.
The hotel parking is very small and they offer some spots in a separate location around 200 meters away. It works fine, but it can be a bit of a nuisance for those travelling with kids or for those with limited mobility having to walk back and forth to the parking. Dinner was included, but the menu for this option is a bit limited, compared to the full menu the restaurant offers to general public.

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in every respect. The staff go above and beyond to help guests; the young women at reception provided all the information we needed and even walked us to the bus stop—you don't find service like that at other hotels, and we travel a lot. In short, it’s a centrally located hotel just two minutes from the beaches, with a varied and delicious breakfast.

Location - staff (when there)
The staff I encountered were friendly, professional, and did their best to help. My criticism is not directed at them, but at what appears to be a serious lack of staffing and guest support. During my stay, my room key card accidentally fell out of my wallet, leaving me locked out of my room from around 5:00 a.m. For more than three hours, there was no member of staff available to help me regain access, despite this being a basic service that any guest should reasonably expect. When you pay for accommodation, you expect to be able to access the room you have booked or receive prompt assistance if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, neither was available in my case, and it significantly affected my stay. It also raised wider concerns about how situations such as a fire, medical emergency, or other urgent incident would be handled if no staff were immediately available. Clear communication, adequate staffing, and a reliable point of contact are fundamental expectations for guest accommodation, and I believe these fell well below the standard that should be provided.
