Great location, central to city, Darling Harbour, restaurants, local to metro supermarket, cafes. Perfect holiday starting spot

Location is excellent, a 5 min walk to King Street Wharf ferries and similar walking time to Wynyard Station. The apartment is fully self-contained with fridge, bathroom and great laundry facilites of very modern washing machine and clothes drier; iron & ironing board. Its's a studio layout, not a bedroom as such, but has privacy behind kitchenette; and a reasonably sized balcony with chairs. The bed was very comfortable. It's great to be able to have a fridge and cooking faciliites and a full set of cooking ware and crockery etc.
My first night, the shower was luke-warm at best and no hot water for bathroom vanity or for kitchen sink. I contacted administrators of property to make them aware. On the second night there was hot water to the shower but not for vanity or in kitchen or dishwasher for the remainder of my stay. I made them aware prior to leaving and was advised the issue was not in-house but rather, with the building heating system and advised it was to be resolved before the next visitors. I received a nominal refund for my inconvenience, but it didn't overshadow my overall experience whatsoever.

The flag was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay and location was brilliant with great views from the balcony.
The waterfront at Darling Harbour was literally a couple of minutes walk away where there were numerous restaurants with a variety of tastes and prices.
You could catch the ferries to easily travel to the other key waterfront parts of Sydney.
The train station was about 10 minutes walk where you can catch either the light rail or trains to all
areas of Sydney.
Only a minor point was the road noise when sitting on the balcony but it didn’t detract from us having a great stay.
