It was nice and the chalet options were top tier

I think that for the same $ you could stay in a similar place closer to Ella. It was surprisingly hard to get a tuk tuk into town. Staff were friendly, but slightly chaotic.
Our room was clean, the pool looked lovely, and the grounds were well kept.
The WiFI was very very patchy.
