The guard on duty is Ndu, he was expecting us, handed us the key and assisted us with our bags.
We loved everything. There was enough cutlery and crockery, there were even shooter glasses.
This place is very comfortable. We loved it!

Accommodation was neat and tidy.
Pool and braai facilities are kept in good condition.
Close to the beach, like 100m and only 200m further to the swimming beach with life guards.
3 Minutes from a shopping mall.
Great place.
The unit we were in could do with an aircon.
One is only allowed to use the pool between 08:30 to 21:00.
06:00 in Natal is hot - even mid March.

Lovely patio over looking the garden and braai area, you can see some of the ocean.
No clothing rack, or pegs if you want to use the line at the bottom of the stairs but for short stays walking up and down when you already using your energy on the beach and the long walk to the car and back, a simple clothing rack to dry towels would be wonderful!
The kitchen could use a few extra items to help the guests, the shelves feel like they about to fall and anything you put on slides off.
For a 6 sleeper the fridge is very small so don't bring to much food or you'll struggle to store it.
The bathroom door? Its awful a folding door for a bathroom! Just no, it doesnt even close properly. So if you value privacy this is not the flat for you. The bath looks bigger in the photo be warned its to small for a even a semi plus size adult to fit into, you won't fit into the shower either, well you will but as soon as you lift your arms the door will open and increase the leaking that was already happening. Honestly this is mentioned in other reviews to, maybe just put in a walk in shower and make some guests happy. Especially when we use our own towels to dry the floor and then cant hang them without another walk. 2 days I was done with this and wouldn't of managed a longer stay due to the reasons above.

The place was comfortable, both rooms as well as the sitting room have fans. Balcony had a bit of sea view. Braai areas is very clean, and the gardens is very beautiful. The security was very helpful and friendly. He took our luggage to the unit. The unit has its positives and negative sides
Uncapped wifi and tv with Netflix was a plus point. Access to the beach was a breeze, and the swimming pool was very refreshing.
The door that went out from the main bedroom to the balcony was a huge plus point during the nights when it was so warm.
Except for a few things we did enjoy our stay.
The closet in the second room was locked, so we had to pack our clothes on the bunker bed. The top bunker bed was broken and no matres on it.
The couches had terrible stains on it. The host contacted me and said someone would come to clean it, but no one came.
If I can maybe make a suggestion, take out the bath and extend the shower, because both is very, very small. If you lift your arms up in the shower to wash your hair, you bump the door open.
The shade net on the balcony is very old an torn, but that because of the sun and wind. Maybe just remove it
