A host who thinks hygiene is a MINOR issue

.....

Checked in at 15.01pm 21/08/26 and I checked out at 16.41 the very same day. Firstly the room is up 3 flights of narrow stairs, a mission to carry belongings especially wen traveling with 2 kids, bathroom in the picture and the bathroom in reality was terrible, the place is small n cramped pictures were very deceiving. The worst 😫 was the issue of the premises having only 2 shabby bath towels n one hand towel for a family of 4. When I had asked the host, they confirmed there is only those 3 towels on the premises and they had guests that stole the towels and there was not enough time to replace them, worst when I was told not to let a MINOR issue like towels ruin my stay... there was no resolution offered for the issue and a person who takes towels which is a basic requirement and a MAJOR HYGIENE issue so lightly I will question their overall hygiene of everything on the premises hence we left in just over an over. I have booked numerous places on bookings.com and this is the first host and premises that has left me so dissatisfied.
