This is a great villa with an additional annexe. All the rooms are very generously sized, with huge beds. The kitchen is large open planned with an island and plenty of seating. Also plenty of seating at the dining table. The annexe is also fully furnished and with great facilities.
The outside area had plenty of seating, but had artificial grass and I think no lighting (or maybe we just didn't work it out).
You need to know that there is some sort of sprinkler system outside over night, so if you leave anything out to dry it will be wet in the morning.
Also, you need a car really - there are some shops in walking distance, but Huntington beach is still a bit of a drive away.
It was all pretty fabulous!
