Bardzo fajne miejsce, blisko do centrum - spokojnie można wybrać się na spacer, a przy tym nieco na uboczu, więc jest cisza i spokój. Przyjemny taras, na którym można zjeść śniadanie i podziwiać widok na Schlossberg. Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Bezpieczny, podziemny parking z wyznaczonym miejscem. Super kontakt z właścicielem - pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tak dokładnymi i szczegółowymi informacjami, więc meldunek przebiegł szybko i bezproblemowo. Dobre WiFi.
Podczas upałów w mieszkaniu naprawdę jest ciepło. Wieczorem nie ma możliwości otwarcia okien - brak moskitier (trochę rozwiązałoby problem w nocy), więc zaraz wpadają liczne owady - brak klimatyzacji - niestety wentylator nie do końca daje radę, ale da się wytrzymać. Poza tym wszystko idealnie, więc jeśli nie trafi się na bardzo gorące dni to jest ok.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut und der dazu gehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz ideal. Die Altstadt war zu Fuß in ca.10 min erreichbar.
Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig. An der Dusche sollten mal die Gummidichtungen gewechselt werden und sie sollte mal richtig gereinigt werden. Auch der große Riss an den Fliesen in der Dusche war nicht gerade ansprechend/ hygienisch. Toilette war unzureichend geputzt( die Spuren unseres Vorgängers waren noch deutlich erkennbar!!)
