Our room was large, with a very comfortable bed and large shower. The breakfast had a great range of tasty options and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was spacious, had a jacuzzi and a great view over Mdina. The location is excellent with a quick stroll either to Mdina or directly into the narrow alleys of Rabat. Multiple dining options are within 5 minutes.

The staff were amazing. Remembered my name from online booking. Could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. Perfect location for M’dina only a 3 minute walk. The room had the most gorgeous balcony. Stay here you will not regret it.

Howard House Hotel offers the comfort and quality of a five star hotel, but with the intimate feel of a B&B. Our room was clean, modern, spacious and quiet.
Grace and Richard were perfect hosts, kind, helpful and considerate. The breakfast buffet is extremely generous and Grace’s home-cooked pancakes were delicious!
You don't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy yourself – there's a rooftop terrace with a hot tub and wonderful panoramic view.
Howard House Hotel is perfectly located in Rabat, by the beautiful fortified city of Mdina as well as some excellent restaurants. The bus terminal is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to Valetta and coastal towns.
We look forward to returning to Malta, and coming back to Howard House. A real hidden gem.
