Ideal homily vibe with coffee shop at your door

The unit was modern and well kept. Bed was comfortable and allowed a good night sleep. Great location for food, tavern and welcoming neighbourhood. Transport is a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Toilet overflowing, but fixed

Great location but needs work!

Location was awesome. Roomy for two. Left coffee and ice. Loved having a washer/dryer for our use.

No heat or ac. Broken thermostat. Could not have stayed if it was hot or cold! (See photos) No dishwasher...dishes not cleaned well. Repairs needed on faceplate. (See photo.) Shower curtain was disgusting...should be burned. Toilet seat was old and needs replacement. (See photo.) No luggage racks. No bathroom rug.

Overall the stay was perfect,it just I have to park 34 blocks away for free parking ,dangerous game

The location was lovely

It was no parking I got a ticket while being parked infront of the apartment building,I wont be paying that no time soon

Amazing location and great size room for a short stay in Philly

Amazing location and great size property for a stay in Philly. Great bathroom and shower

Neighbours were extremely loud above and the properly could have done with some lamps to make it cosy at night, especially bed side lamps so the main light didn’t need to be on. Felt a bit unsafe knowing the property couldn’t lock from the inside.

Full equipped kitchen

Ground floor with view of a sketchy patio, you cannot open the blinds. Entrance is scary and location is not in the city center
