The staff was excellent--knowledgeable, very helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The sink could have had more space for toiletries. Did not keep the breakfast items stocked the first day, but the second day was fine. On the whole I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Kate was super helpful getting me a quiet room in a nearly full occupancy situation. Check in and check out was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room, abundant breakfast with variety choices. No daily room cleaning which was fine for me. Convenient location.
I took off one star due to the squeaking mattress. Every time when I got up or turned in bed, it always made loud noises. Hopefully they will correct that soon.

The hotel was well kept. I love it. The only drawback is the entrance and exit that you can missed easily
