Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-Pierre, featuring a shared swimming pool and situated less than a kilometre from the beach. With a floor area of 50 m², it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 35 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, 4 m × 8 m, open all year round from 8 am to 9 pm. It is fenced off and accessible via a flight of steps.
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
