Location e=was excellent, close to Exeter St. David Station.
The property was clean and well equipped and had the facilities we needed.
Shower worked well.
We had difficulty, on arrival, in finding the code for the key box, in our email documentation. We spend almost an hour trying to contact Exeter Station House -Short Stays to find out the code. (It was Friday at 18:30). Once we made contact, they were very helpful. It may have been hidden in the long emails we had received, but because we had only booked the previous evening, we hadn't time to review the documentation in detail, before arrival

Excellent location near the Exeter St Davids train station on a quiet street. Walkable to the cathedral, museum, and river trail. Clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay away from home. Would happily recommend or stay here again.

Würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann es nur empfehlen
Ein schönes Haus. Innen sehr sauber und sehr gut renoviert. Ein kleiner Garten zum raushocken für unseren Raucher ;-)) mit Blume und Sträuchern..war bei unserer Zeit ziemlich vertrocknet, Große Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ordentlicher Bettwäsche. Küche einwandfrei ausgestettet, wenn man sie benutzt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne, ruhige Straße ganz in der Nähe Bahnhof Exeter St. David's und auch die Innenstadt ist für gehfreudige Menschen fußläufig erreichbar. Parken ist problematisch.
Parkmöglichkeit nur am Wochendende direkt vorm Haus...wenn verfügbar.

The beds, the size of the property and arrangement of rooms, bed sheets were clean and towels, extra toilet was a bonus for two friends getting ready at the same time!
Slight damp / mouldy smell downstairs, a little far from Exeter central but still in walking distance! A late check in and check out charge both ways. Otherwise can’t fault it for two days, it was perfect, some complimentary herbal teas would have been a bonus
