Frustada com a qualidade do imovel, não tem nada de casa de luxo como anunciado
Não gostei de absolutamente nada e não voltaria a ficar hospedada nessa casa.
FRUSTADA: Infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante decepcionante e não correspondeu ao que foi anunciado. O imóvel foi apresentado como uma casa de luxo em condomínio extraordinário, mas na prática trata-se de uma residência extremamente básica, sem conforto e sem qualquer semelhança com outras propriedades da região.
Diversos pontos comprometeram a estadia:
Piscina em condições inadequadas de uso, suja e sem manutenção.
Cozinha incompleta, sem utensílios básicos ou itens de apoio, impossibilitando o uso adequado.
Móveis antigos, desgastados e sem qualquer padrão de conforto.
Máquina de secar roupas quebrada.
Internet extremamente lenta, o que prejudicou atividades profissionais durante a viagem.
Ausência de mesas ou mobiliário de apoio na área externa.
Tapete da sala em péssimo estado de limpeza.
Cortina do quarto danificada.
Falta de travessas e materiais básicos de cozinha, tornando o espaço improvisado e pouco funcional.
O valor cobrado é incompatível com a qualidade oferecida. Trata-se de uma casa mais simples do que a média do mercado em Orlando, mas com preço de imóvel de luxo. A propriedade requer manutenção urgente, melhorias na decoração e inclusão de itens básicos para apoiar a estadia de qualquer hóspede.
Diante disso, não recomendo esta casa. A experiência foi frustrante e não condiz com o padrão anunciado.
