The hotel itself is beautiful, really lovely design and aesthetic. Our suite was great and very clean. Bed was super comfy. The majority of the staff were great especially the reception staff who went above and beyond. The location is perfect right on the beach and really easy to walk into Kos town.
The staff in the beach club were a bit slow and not really what I’d expect for a 5* hotel. We frequently had to ask to be served and pay our bills etc and would often just find them stood at the bar chatting.
We thought there could be some improvements to some elements of the breakfast as well given this is a 5* hotel. For example the cereal was always stale unfortunately.

Ein wunderschönes und modernes Hotel in toller Lage, ganz in der Nähe vom Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker .
Mein Zimmer schön, modern und gemütlich. Ich habe mich dort von Anfang an sehr wohl und fast wie zu ein Traum gefühlt. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. 🥰

Wir haben in einem Zimmer mit privatem Pool übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Das Hotel ist besonders für Paare sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

The private pool and the view from our terrace were beautiful. The room itself was lovely, and the hotel’s architecture was outstanding.
Our room was full of ants, and on one of the days it wasn’t cleaned at all. The breakfast was very repetitive and did not always seem fresh. The speakers in the rooms were also a poor idea, as not every guest used them considerately, which caused a lot of unnecessary noise.
