Bedroom & en-suite were very nicely done. Bed was very comfortable. By far the best pillows in over a month of travelling. Enjoyed waking up to the peacocks in the field out front. Owners were very welcoming. Went on the 14km walk through the rainforest with the owner. He’s very skilled at spotting the beasties along the way.

Hemal and his family are wonderful hosts. Hotel is located in a picturesque place among the small village. Very close to several Sinharaja forest entrances and few other nature's attractions.
Hemal also does tours in Sinharaja and other places, we took a 8-hour full day trip in deep forest. This was fantastic! We moved very carefully, payed attention to every detail and enjoyed impressive, living, dangerous forest at its best. An adventure you will remmember!

The guesthouse is located in a very beaufitul and tranquil location close to the entrance of the rainforest. Abundant and delicious Sri Lankan breakfast is served on the terrace, every day different option. It is possible to have lunch and dinner also. There is very nice view of the fields, water buffalos and peacocks from the main terrace.
