Worse than squatting in 80s shared University accomodation.

Location. Owner organised a second clean of the property.

The property was very dirty, vomit covered towels in kitchen cupboards, food left in bins, insects, random appliances, paintings on floor, main bathroom drain had not been cleaned in years. Dirty bedding and pillows. Not cleared for paying guests. Had to pay additional $400 deposit direct to owner

Amazing location, walking distance to king street wharf and Barangaroo station. Beds were very comfortable, outdoor area was beautiful.

Being on a main road it was quite loud overnight, indoor area downstairs was not very convivial.
