We didn’t stay we had to use Airbnb and spend 1500 for our 4 night stay

Nothing such a bad experience

Property Did Not Match the Listing I am extremely dissatisfied with both this property and my experience with Booking.com. The property we booked did not match what was advertised in the listing, and unfortunately, neither the host nor Booking.com provided a satisfactory resolution. Upon arrival, we discovered that several of the advertised amenities were either unavailable, unusable, or in unacceptable condition. The deck was filthy and not usable. The fire pit was filled with old, dirty water and was rusted out. The grill was broken and unusable, and there was no pool table, despite it being listed as an amenity. The kitchen amenities that were advertised were also not available for our use. Although the property appeared to have some newer appliances and updates, the surrounding neighborhood made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Because of the condition of the property and the issues we immediately encountered, we checked in but never moved any of our belongings into the property or stayed there overnight. We immediately contacted the host and spent approximately three hours going back and forth trying to get the issues addressed. At one point, the host actually hung up on me and subsequently stopped responding. With no resolution from the host, we contacted Booking.com for assistance. Unfortunately, our experience with Booking.com was just as disappointing. Despite explaining that the property did not provide the advertised amenities and that we had never actually stayed at the property, Booking.com was unable to resolve the situation or advocate for us as customers. Ultimately, we left the property with no resolution and no refund.
