This cottage is very spacious and as per the write up a very old building. Ideal for a large family stay. It has a modern well equipped kitchen and very large bathroom with a great shower. There is also a nice large bath for those who prefer.
The lounge room and adjoining dining room are well heated using the fireplace. Plenty of wood was supplied which was definitely needed this time of year.
The bedrooms are large but heat well with the provided heaters.
Storage is great. The garden is huge and parking is super easy with a carport to keep the vehicle covered.
This was a great find in a good close to town location.

Absolutely beautiful house. Spacious bedrooms and well provided kitchen. Wood fireplace was lovely for a winter's evening. Lovely outdoor area for entertaining.
The only thing was that when running the heaters in multiple bedrooms (plus i assume light) the power shorted. But could easily be restarted from fuse box. Given the age of build of the house it's understandable though and just needed minor adjustments for.

The Headmaster’s is a large, beautifully restored and detailed cottage that is full of character. The modern, well equiped kitchen has a generous selection of pantry items and supplies. The bathroom has a large shower with abundant hot water, a wall heater and thick, fluffy towels. There are remote controlled electric heaters in each bedroom and a fire to light in the lounge. Children are well catered for and it is a short walk into Kingscote. There is undercover parking and a sheltered outdoor eating area.
I couldn’t find any streaming options but there was good wifi.

Spacious, super clean, great location, had everything we needed for our stay.
Only comment would be - needs locks on the bathroom and toilet doors. It didn’t bother me at all, but others in my group thought they would be a good idea.
