Despite the room being on the small side, I loved the style and design - you could tell a lot of thought had gone into it. The location was fabulous - just steps from the cathdral and a selection of bars/restaurants. There was even a cafe next door (although, it's closed on a Sunday). Room facilities were great - there was even a washing machine in the bathroom, complete with washing tabs. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Leon :)
I struggled with the room controls - when I first arrived and switched on what I thought was the light, the fan came on instead. The next time I turned the same switch on, the lights came on but the fan didn't, and I could not get the fan to come on at all after that. It wasn't quite cold enough to need the air conditioning - the fan would have been fine - but as I couldn't get that to work, I had to use the air con. I also couldn't get the heated towel rail to come on in the bathroom, despite plugging it in and switching it on. Maybe it was me, but I'm normally pretty good at operating/figuring out technology.
