Nomad hostel Krabi and Travel

Everything was great. The hosts were both so cute. The hostel has a real thai vibe. Nice location, 10 min walk to center Krabi.

Équipement formidable, tout est extrêmement propre, les lits et draps sont très confortables, les rideaux sont un également un grand point positif. Le personnel est adorable, toujours prêt à rendre service et à conseiller (jusqu’à me proposer de me déposer en scooter aux différents points d’intérêts de la ville !).

The hostel is very clean and everything is in good shape. The wooden beds are very stable and comfortable. The rooms have AC and fans and their own bathroom with nice modern interior with separate good sized shower, basin and toilet. My room even had a small balcony with a table, two chairs and rack and hangers to dry your clothes if you washed them in the laundrette next door (30 Baht). Although not directly in the center of town it's in walking distance to downtown (bars, market, food). Even closer there are a number of shops (ie. 7/11) food and coffee stands. It's strange and sad to see that during my stay, I was the only guest in the hostel. It's actually a pretty good hostel and it's even better for the price per night. Therefore, I can't say not much about how sociable the hostel is. On the ground floor there's a big table and chairs, TV, microwave, water dispenser and ouside the building there are stools and a bar-deck/table where people could meet. The balcony and big rooms could be smaller social rooms too. The location on the map is wrong. It's not close to the Oasis resort (Rodboun Road), but opposite of the 'Krabi Petpailin' Hotel next to the Hemthanon street. Much closer to the center than shown on the map. From the bus station I took a motorcycle for 80 Baht or you can book a Grab motorcycle for around 55 Baht. I booked two more nights in a 6-bed dorm that felt like my private room. You see the friendly owners once or twice a day. Very good deal. It's recommended for anyone who does not want to pay a much higher price in the center with maybe a lower quality of the room.
