Absolutely great location and felt like we were living like an LA local. Clean and spacious. Matt was very nice too.
Nothing bad but would’ve like more tips on where to go or some suggestions when we were there. Also driving tips as we drove around LA and got a fine as we didn’t know parking rules etc.

all the area is clean and comfortable
as other reviews the bathroom is not located inside of the room but just really door to door 2steps away
to me this one is not bothered at all.
bc separate toilet is quite sufficient size
better than small bathroom which makes feel take shower like squeezing sponge
the location is good to walk the center of hollywood & in-out, runyon canyon(is the best reason of booking) by foot
to beverly hills, santa monica, dtla, stadiums, union station, universal studio and any place
the host also is kind and thoughtful, thanks to the host it’s available to stay comfortable
