It is in a safe location and very close to everything.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They offer a very good breakfast, as well as additional airport transfer services and an excellent laundry and ironing service.
The price is very fair, the photos accurately represent the hotel, and the property is very clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean, bathrooms were modern and the bed was amazing. The people at the reception were very warm and friendly. They were always happy to help and always eager to please the guest.
There are some things that I’d consider basic and are missing e.g. an iron and iron board, a locker, water bottles (I had to go and ask reception and they would happily give it to me but they could have just placed the bottles in the room!)
The bathroom glass doors are not easy to operate (atleast in my room) and there was always a gap through which shower water spilled into the bathroom. It was a mess on Day 1. I had to manage how I shower from then on to minimise the spill.
The location is not too close to the water but it is in a quiet location - and hence I got some good sleep. Other than the reception staff, the service folks are kids and they forget things so I relied only on the reception staff.
