Away from the hustle and bustle, but also walking distance to the beach the villa was immaculate. Really spacious, clean and fresh. The gardens and pool are amazing and the host and his family did everything to look after us and served a delicious breakfast every morning.

The house is wonderfully decorated and the views of the river is beautiful. The breakfast is also good.
Although the villa certainly has its potential, there are some items which meant the stay didn’t reach the level which we expected. Some examples:
- It was unclear to us that the accommodation needed to be paid in cash. This was not communicated to us during the check-in and meant we had to go to an ATM in the city last-minute.
- The check-in was not clear. We received a message that the villa was ready, but upon arriving the cleaning process was still fully underway.
- There was no toilet holder and shower gel.
- The bed is quite hard and there was no mosquito net.
We have enjoyed our stay, but these items meant the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations (also given the accommodation is relatively expensive).
