Enttäuschend; für über 450€/Tag haben wir Besseres erwartet.

Schnelle Reaktion der Gastgeber auf Mängel: zu Beginn fehlte in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer das Bettlaken, im anderen Zimmer waren keine Handtücher. Die Sachen brachte ein Bediensteter schnell herbei. Am 3. Tag gab es kein Warmwasser: auch hier: schnelle Reaktion: der altersschwache Boiler wurde am gleichen Tag wieder reaktiviert. Die Betten waren okay.

Die Lage? Wohl wie meistens in bella italia nichts für Lärmempfindliche: trotz Fußgängerzone und naher Vatikanlage fahren nachts ständig laute Roller hindurch, Alarmhupen ertönen usw. Leider liegt das Apartment mit beiden Schlafzimmern an Durchgangsstraßen (kein Innenhof, wie eines der Fotos suggeriert). Die Fenster halten den Lärm kaum ab. Auch von "oben" Lärm, ebenso vom quietschenden Fahrstuhl. Zu Beginn: man sollte seine Personalausweise fotografieren und dann noch zusätzlich (!) ein Bild vom Ausweis mit der betreffenden Person (den Ausweis in der Hand haltend) machen. Dieses Verfahren ist sehr unüblich, gefährlich und wird von allen führenden Verbraucherschutzorganisationen abgelehnt: damit können kriminelle Elemente großes Unheil anrichten. Wir haben das abgelehnt. Man hat dann unsere Ausweise beim Einzug fotografiert. Man sollte zudem, statt jeden Tag automatisierte E-Mails zu versenden, dass man irgendwelche Stadttouren oder "skip the lines" buchen möge usw., mehr Energie in die Instandhaltung und Support des Apartments stecken: so waren zwar mehrere WLan-Repeater eingesteckt, davon funktionierte aber keiner, weil diese nicht mit dem Router verbunden waren (blinkender Fritz_Repeater). Auch von den 3 TV-Geräten funktionierte kein einziges: alle waren noch im "Auspackzustand" und nicht eingerichtet! Der Warmwasserkomfort ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig (sehr unregelmäßig warmes Wasser). In einem Bad war die Regendusche verkalkt, im anderen dafür die Handbrause. Der Nespresso-Automat ist auch völlig verkalkt. Beim Einzug waren noch Kapseln und Restwasser der Vorgänger vorhanden.
