Good location, cute & clean, good WiFi
Shower was small! I don’t think it was 3’x3’. No place to put luggage (no rack) and no counter in bathroom for toiletries; minimal tv and very confusing to use.

Hutch House is a historic house located in a quiet residential street with a wrap around porch. We spent time reading, playing games, and enjoying the outdoors on the porch. Our comfortable king sized bed was located in the second floor suite that had a cozy sitting area. Coffee and snacks were much appreciated. We enjoyed our time in Faribault and Owatonna exploring the unique Louis Sullivan Bank, the Orphan Museum, and stopping at Faribault Mills. Celebrated our 58th anniversary with dinner at Redemption, a downtown Faribault restaurant.

Very private and quiet
There is no access to any of the rest of the house, which we have stayed in before. Also, the huge window should have room darkening drapes.
