1 / 10

Uninhabitable, filthy, and completely misrepresented — avoid at all costs.

Nothing positive to report. We were unable to stay even one night.

Everything. The apartment was completely uninhabitable upon arrival: overflowing bins full of garbage from previous guests, a refrigerator contaminated with leftover food and drinks, completely broken furniture (collapsed drawers), no clean bed linen provided, and used towels from previous guests still on the towel rail. The property looked nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. We messaged the host immediately — they never responded. We were forced to leave within minutes and book alternative accommodation at our own expense. This is the worst experience we have ever had on Booking.com.

7 / 10
