We stayed at Casa Lucia for a week and it was honestly one of the best parts of our trip. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a hotel room and more like our own Italian apartment and that made all the difference.
The balcony was a highlight of our whole stay. It's large enough to actually relax on, and the view is stunning, we spent so many mornings and evenings out there just taking it all in. Having a real kitchen was another huge plus; being able to pick up fresh ingredients nearby and cook a few meals ourselves made the week feel so much more relaxed and homey, rather than eating out for every single meal.
Speaking of nearby, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to shops and restaurants, so we never felt stuck or far from anything, but the apartment itself was wonderfully quiet at night, which made for the best sleep we've had while traveling.
We also can't say enough about how clean everything was, and having access to laundry during a week-long stay was such a practical bonus, made packing lighter and the whole trip feel much easier.
On top of all that, the host was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout our stay, quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed.
Casa Lucia gave us the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and that authentic "living like a local" feeling. We'd return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
