The Calliston

The staff (amazing!$, location and our room! It is very clean and spacious and very comfortable! It is a room where you can easily stay in for hours and relax.

Walls are a bit thin - can hear heavy footsteps and moving luggage from guests from the room above us - not sure how to fix that but we still love the property and will stay there again!

Everything and more from the moment we walked into the property. Mustard yellow building with brown shutters glowing as the sea water reflects against the property. We booked the 3rd floor sea view room and what a room it was. Exceptional attention to detail with high end decor and day bed. Waking up and opening the french doors overlooking the sea each morning was breathtaking. The reception staff were warm, friendly and went out of there way to ensure all our needs were met. Boutique hotel with boutique service. Location is a stone throw away from all major attractions on foot and property has curated brunch breakfast cafe from 8-3pm which was a welcome change from other properties allowing you to sleep. Kudos to the 2 reception staff who greeted us each time we walked down and up the stairs provided us with local restaurant referrals. This property is exceptional and the highlight of our 6 week holiday.

Great location. At the edge of the old town but quiet. Steps away from the next swimming spot. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast in the adjacent garden

Rooms are a bit small, with very limited storage space

Beautiful building, modern and stylish.

No internet (and no connection- very little coverage on that area) the entire time I was there which was a challenge to organise departure. No staff on hand to address this from evening until morning.
