I really wanted to love this place, it could be so wonderful if these issues I listed were corrected. Great location, ni

The backyard was great, nice landscaping, swimming pool, a canal to fish right off the dock. 2 bedrooms were nice and 1 bathroom was updated and nice, newer refrigerator, washer & dryer, outdoor shower, coffee maker.

We were notified the day of check in that we would only have 1 working toilet for 5 people. Also that the 2nd toilet would not be replaced during our stay. Of course this was definitely an inconvenience, we were not offered any kind of completely for this inconvenience. Also the back sliding door needs to be replaced, it’s very hard to open and close (old), there’s broken LVP flooring going from the living room to the kitchen (feels like a soft spot in the floor).
