Everything was amazing. It was perfect we had two families staying there. We both had our own bathroom and sleeping areas. The backyard was just the right size for the kids to play. The inside was super clean. The area of the house was very nice lots of walks.
The only down size was there was not a large bed for co sleeping. However, there was a crib and they provide tons of blow up beds.

The overall layout of the house was wonderful! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a nice yard and less than 10 minutes from everything in town.
There was some definite room for improvement on the cleaning. The bedrooms & bathrooms were clean but common areas needed more. The recliners on the couch didn’t work as it had no power. They need lots more silverware, glasses, and dishes for the amount the house holds. Extra blankets and towels would be really helpful.

Location
Dirty BBQ,, dirty floors swept not mopped, dirty dishes in dishwasher, washer smells, no towels in 2nd bathroom. Towels in master smelled rancid. Needs outside seating and ceiling fans. Instructions says not to lower AC but at night no air movement.
