The property was great, aside from the insanely steep stairs that were a bit shocking upon arrival, I may have missed it but my elderly mother wasn’t prepared for that hike when we got in. All in all H77 Is fantastic and I would 100% stay again just without my mother

Communication needs to be better, mainly because the check in is not at the property address but at the hotel that is 6 min walk from there. An email prior to arrival with instructions would have been extremely helpful. The area is safe, one min to Sta Maria Maggiori, 5 min to Termini... excellent for public transport and also to walk - most important landmarks are 20-25 min away.

Loved the location and the balcony kitchen area- even though we weren't there long enough to utilize the kitchen, it was nice to have- same with washing machine availability. Was not aware /missed message about the passport requirement - this took awhile to resolve as management not on premises, but the Irish bar next door made this very tolerable. Also was not aware of the stair climb- this unit would not be suitable for someone who cannot climb multiple stairs, or with multiple bags/heavy luggage.
