The owner (I believe his name is jay) was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The location is centrally located from downtown and palm beach! I would recommend if you stay here, to rent a car, but we are so happy we did! The place was very clean, air conditioned and spacious. Jay was more than accommodating with any recommendations or questions we had about the island! We will be back!!!

The property was immaculate. The host was extremely hospitable and stayed in communication throughout our stay. The property was very close to the beach, parking was perfect. The kitchen was completely functional and stocked with plates, utensils and cook ware. There was also some cooking supplies. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Eagle Stays Aruba was exactly as described and the photos are accurate.
- 10/10 comfortable bed.
- 10/10 clean unit.
- 10/10 for location: an easy short walk into Oranjestad or walk/bus to beaches, and a couple of blocks to Ling’s for groceries.
- Lots of room to park for the car rental.
- The apartment was quiet, we didn’t hear any of the guests staying in the other units.
- Jay was communicative and welcoming.
- The outdoor drying rack for our wet duds, cold water in the fridge and the beach chairs were a bonus!
- The enclosed patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee.
- The tidy garden was a nice spot to sit with a night cap.
- Waking to birdsong and watching hummingbirds feed in the blooming aloe was a treat every morning!
- We didn’t use the stove so cannot comment on its functionality, but we did use a few dishes and the coffee pot — all good!
- Only improvement we can think of would be to put a full length mirror.
For a clean comfortable and safe place to be when you’re not at the beach, Eagle Stays is an excellent choice!

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice.
The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the comfort and privacy I could have asked for. The landscaping was absolutely stunning and perfectly captured the natural beauty of Aruba. Every morning and evening felt peaceful and relaxing.
A special thank you to Jay, the property manager, whose hospitality was second to none. He was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely made me feel at home throughout my stay.
I’ve always stayed in high-rise hotels , but this experience completely changed my perspective. Instead of hearing doors slamming and constant hallway noise, I enjoyed complete peace and quiet. The private patio, surrounded by high walls, was one of my favorite features—it felt like my own personal oasis.
Without a doubt, this will be the only place I’ll stay whenever I return to Aruba. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
