Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the private apartment, kitchen, living and dining areas, covered patio, tropical courtyard, and free on-site parking.

The property owner or caretaker may occasionally stop by during daylight hours to perform outdoor maintenance, landscaping, or address any urgent property needs. They will respect your privacy and will not enter the home without your permission, except in the event of an emergency.

Central Location: LiLiGrace House is located in a convenient central area of Oranjestad, just minutes from the airport, downtown, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and supermarkets. The home is situated just off a main road, making it easy to explore the island. Because of this convenient location, guests may occasionally hear normal daytime traffic and neighborhood activity

Our central location makes exploring Aruba easy. Walk to nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping, or enjoy a short drive to Surfside Beach, downtown Oranjestad, the cruise terminal, and Queen Beatrix International Airport.

No pets are allowed, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, patio, courtyard, and parking areas. A $500 cleaning and remediation fee may apply if there is evidence of smoking. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Since common areas may be shared with other guests, we kindly ask everyone to be respectful and help keep shared spaces clean and comfortable.
