This was by far one of the best experiences we have ever had with our hosts. From the time we booked (months in advance), Rita and Patricia made sure to contact and welcome us and provided additional information about their rental, and anything else they thought we might need to know. The communication remained exceptional, during our stay, and at departure with suggestions for us to consider on the next stop of our driving journey through Portugal. The unit itself was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, open and airy. It came with a beautiful garden and outdoor seating area, and the cottage type windows had clear views of these areas. It was a little oasis in the historic part of Sintra, just far enough away from the main stores and restaurants so that it was quiet, but still located so that it was accessible to all amenities. We highly recommend this apartment when you go to Sintra. The experience was outstanding start to finish. Definitely the highlight of our anniversary adventure. We’ll be forever grateful to Rita and Patricia for their kindness. It’s evident that they take pride in what they do! Cheers ladies from two very pleased Canadians.

Located a 1 minute walk to heart of Sintra. Shopping, dining and attractions were easily navigated. The villa itself was spacious clean, updated and perfect for my wife and I. My wife especially loved the orange tree in the courtyard and made sure pick an orange each morning before heading each to enjoy the attractions. Owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Parking was a bit tricky. Maybe a little tip… we used goggle maps to get us close to the villa, found a parking spot that we could walk and locate the villa then went back to the car and parked in the spot allocated by the owner. Reason we did this is because the street getting to the property is very narrow and it’s a two way street. Once we parked in the allocated spot at the end of the street we just left the car and explored by foot as the location was perfect. Make sure you check out Sintra Palace, it’s a 2-3 minute walk. The building may look a little run down and in need of some TLC but inside is amazing.

It's close to many shops and restaurants, yet felt secluded and was quiet. Easy to get to the local attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful, well appointment, quiet while still being in the historical center. It's a fantastic option for exploring and enjoying Sintra. We really appreciated the host gave the purchase option of a few items of food. Excellent communication when we had questions.
